Fleckboard collects nothing.

In short
- Fleckboard doesn’t collect any data. There’s no account, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your boards, cards and images stay on your devices, and in your own iCloud account if you turn on sync. We can’t see them.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
Who we are
Fleckboard is made by GETADEV LTD, a company based in Paphos, Cyprus, in the European Union. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean GETADEV LTD.
What Fleckboard collects
Nothing. Fleckboard doesn’t need an account, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We don’t receive your boards, cards or images, or any information about how you use the app.
Where your content is stored
On your device. Everything you create in Fleckboard is stored on the device you create it on.
In your iCloud account, if you choose. When you turn on iCloud sync, your boards, cards and images are stored in your private iCloud account so they appear on your other devices. This storage is provided by Apple and covered by Apple’s privacy policy. We don’t have access to it.
In files you export. When you export a board as a .fleckboard file, the file goes wherever you choose to save or share it.
Images and widgets
Fleckboard only uses the images you choose to add to your cards. They’re stored with your boards, as described above. Widgets show cards from your boards on your Home Screen or desktop; what they display stays on your device.
Purchases
Fleckboard Unlimited is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we don’t receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share crash reports and basic usage statistics with us. Apple provides these without information that identifies you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings (System Settings on a Mac) under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.
When you contact us
If you email us or use the contact form on geta.dev, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. Messages from the form reach us through Resend, the service we use to deliver email. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you.
Children
Fleckboard doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because Fleckboard doesn’t send your content to us, there’s nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete your content at any time in the app, or by deleting the app. To remove synced content, delete it in Fleckboard or manage your iCloud storage in your device settings.
Under the GDPR, you can contact us about any personal data we hold, such as an email you sent us, and you have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Cyprus, that is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
