What would make work easier?

One example, from request to reply.

1. We start where work gets stuck.

   In this example, Bloom Café asks: “Can you deliver my order by Friday?” (order #1842, 240 items). The answer is in two places: the stock sheet shows 280 in stock and 240 needed, and an email from Jamie, the courier, says Friday is fine if the order leaves by Thursday.

2. We bring it together, around how you work.

   One screen shows the request, a suggested answer, “Yes, if it’s dispatched by Thursday”, and both sources, so anyone can check it.

3. Nothing happens until someone decides.

   When the dispatch is approved, the pickup is booked with the courier and the customer is told.

4. It goes wherever your team goes.

   Approve the dispatch in the example above, then switch layouts: the request, answer and sources stay together. This is an illustration with made-up data.
